The Inspection

What You Will Learn From Our Pre-Purchase Inspection & How We Work

Research

The first step we take when completing an RV Pre-Purchase Inspection is to research the Brand and Model of the RV you are considering to learn what we can about the quality and owner reviews. This provides our professional inspectors with a good understanding of this specific RV before we complete the physical inspection. â€‹

Inspection

Our professional RV Inspectors do a thorough inspection including electrical and battery systems, water system, electronic components, tires, appliances, plumbing, gas lines, structural features, roof, awnings, refrigerators and stoves.  The cost of an inspection is a small price to pay for peace of mind on your RV purchase.

Electric & Water

Driving an RV down the road is like a house on wheels driving into wind and weather. This results in wear and tear on systems that can go unnoticed.  A professional RV Pre-Purchase Inspection includes a thorough inspection of the electrical, battery, and water systems. These systems are often a source of failure causing expensive repairs.

Structural Integrity

A new RV roof costs more than $4,000, and a roof can look OK even if it is not. Water damage can be minor or it can cause structural problems such as wood rot.  A trained RV Inspector knows how to spot structural damage which can be a decision making item when considering your RV purchase.

Evidence of Damage

Throughout the inspection process our technicians look for evidence of damage. Prior damage can be a result of an accident, a water leak, improper repairs, or common wear and tear from years on the road. Prior damage is not always visible at first site but our professional technicians know how where to look for evidence of damage.

Detailed Report

Upon completion of the physical inspection we provide you with a detailed report that includes water lines, propane lines, every appliance and added feature for operation of the RV, holding tanks, awnings, roof condition, A/C unit, furnace, electrical systems, batteries, lights, water systems, structural damage to name a few.  Inspect before you Invest.
